Feul Terms of Service

Welcome to Feul! Feul is a product of Lomi Studio LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Feul mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Lomi Studio LLC. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Account Registration

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Paid Features and Subscriptions

• Feul may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. Pricing and terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Feul reserves the right to modify pricing or features with notice to subscribers.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time via your account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lomi Studio LLC, its affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Feul may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
